EANO and SNO knew the change was coming over a year before the 11/19/2021 official publication in the World Health Organization’s Blue Book. They wrote articles announcing their change in diagnosis definition many months before the Blue Book. In other words, any future BLA work and publication work would have already had the definitional change on the table by the time they reached data lock.
