There is a difference of buying on the dip and trying to catch a falling knife. Most OTC's will see a huge spike after a lot of promotion only to fade away. Don't know if XERI will fade away but I can say they had a lot promoted in 2020 then saw a huge SP gain in early 2021. The timing did coincide with free gov money that set the whole OTC on fire. Since then the market has cooled and the OS has increased and XERI hasn't even closed the JV with XTI let alone the merger.
