So by your assumption the company is in cahoots with the market makers and have provided them with their timelines. There is no way a chart can predict the future unless their is a massive fix and we are all victims. So by your logic and even with a fully functioning manufacturing facility we will not go above 1.40, a pessimistic outlook indeed.
