the TLD released in Sept 2020 would have looked complety different, worse, than if TLD were to be released today. Anyone who does not understand this has not paid much attention the last 17 months

arguing short term SP as a reason to release TLD never made sense to me. I have always seen this as a long term investment

I think you’re making really bad assumptions. This situation is a game changing, vision altering issue; several of the consensus leaders in GBM/Neruo Oncology/Neurosurgery had been critical of DCVax (and these are just some of the ones that were vocal about it. We have no idea how many others may have been talking within the scientific community that most investors would have never heard) and this trial. And some of those consensus leaders may have made up part of the committee for recommendation to the FDA regarding approval.

There’s a lot of talk out there in the community. And I’m telling you from what I hear that the consensus has slowly turned in favor or DCVax. During the long drop in price from 2015 the vibe was completely against DCVax with the mumbling/rumbling reaching a peak in around early 2018 just before the Journal article came out in May 2018. That article split the community in my perspective into pro and con with the con being the more hard line traditionalists/purists. These are the ones that are hardest to convince and who may have had the preponderance of sway in regulator’s ears. When something is translational in the sciences the proof often includes the ability to educate detractors without damaging egos. This is a very deft endeavor and in the big picture, when looking ahead at the future of this technology, there’s more to be gained by doing this hard and tediously unforgiving work up front.

I’m pretty sure had they released, the same old critics would be complaining about other things, new and old, and not happy at all. If the price was $8, down from $13, or $15, or up still at those levels, they’d also still be complaining non-stop, and just as loudly as ever. You know who they are.
