Since i keep meticulous records it will always take me less time than a normal stinky pinky. plus i certainly don't know the state of DBMM's records nor the time it took them to get their sh#t together.
as for my time, since i charge by the hour and a bill was submitted and paid (prior to my releasing the partially filled-out 211) i can't say how long it took me.
