Disagree. Only one entity causing havoc. Why do you think we stay stable and then get pounded with a volume spike downward? This entity has complete control of the action.

The increasing share count gives the money needed for operations. It has no effect on the share price. See in the last 15 days or so, Captain showed an increase of about 6M shares into the float from 941M to 947M but has no serious effect on the share price. Whenever Captain updates the float, the shorts blaming it on dilution do their things, that's all; but it seems all new shares are locked in to create an eventual short squeeze.
