The procedures and SOP’s are developed pursuant to a contract to build and develop the NWBO factory. They are by contracts owned by NWBO. Additionally, the original contract provides for an orderly handoff over 1 year for those very reasons and to get staff up to speed. There would be no way that in the context of their own factory, getting certified via contract appointing Advent as their agent/contract manufacturer, that they would not own all of that in my opinion. Obviously over a year handoff all of that gets transferred via the SOP’s training and procedures developed for this exact particular reason as the primary reason for funding this manufacturing facility.

Advent is just an agent, they are not the owner progenitor. Those contracts assign all IP, the details you refer to are relevant IP developed under contract. NWBO would own it or they are failing in their fiduciary duties, in my opinion, and I doubt that such a basic issue would arise in this instance.
