They can replace Advent with CRL at anytime (as long as they deal with their contractual relationship with Advent). That would be a fairly fast process to get CRL on the license instead of Advent.
That is based on information obtained by my financial advisor, who some of you might know as he was a brief visitor on this board over the summer, from experts in the CDMO arena.
