#430017 RE: Doc logic #430013

Doc,

I don't think anyone here, or even at the company can truly evaluate the potential value of the company at this time. Certainly, the company now knows what DCVax-L can do in GBM and related cancers, they even have an inkling of what it may be capable of in a few other cancers, but they really don't know.

What's an even bigger unknown is DCVax-Direct. How can anyone put a value on that until it's tried on far more people and a variety of cancers. Yesterday I visited my sister, I hope it can be available to her in time, and frankly don't know how much time she may have. I believe there are many like her, people who's cancers are inoperable, or who're unwilling to tolerate additional surgery, even if the Doctors say it's possible. Quality of life is something I believe the Doctors, and perhaps the regulators, don't put sufficient emphasis on when deciding what therapeutics and procedures to use The beauty of our vaccines is that it get your immune system to work against the cancer, by itself it may not be curative, but it provides a good quality of life while prolonging it. Perhaps combined with other therapeutics it will be curative, time will tell, but regardless, it provides an opportunity that shouldn't diminish the quality of whatever life remains.

If DCVax-Direct is a failure, that should be determined prior to selling the company, but if it's a success it just might be worth far more than DCVax-L, especially if it's found to work on many forms of cancer, and DCVax-L isn't.

If both DCVax's were determined to work with multiple solid cancers I believe that NWBO would reach trillion dollar market caps by a couple years after the time approvals were granted for both vaccines in multiple cancers.

Of course all of this can only happen if the company isn't acquired. A partnership with a BP could actually accelerate the process as they should be giving NWBO a financial shot in the arm, and that can be used to accelerate the trial program.
