I respect posters’ views on this, and understand where people are coming from. But the longer they wait, the more questions are raised and the more people like Roth come out of the woodwork. We’ve already seen some examples of that. I just fail to see how this strategy benefits anyone.
I also believe TLD would place a floor on the stock price, and give the company the opportunity to prepare for a listing, if that’s in the cards.
