Stop trying to be smart. Pre reverse split this was at like .02-.03 at its high if I recall correctly. So converting pre split price to post split you’d be at about $3 depending on what price you bought. Doesn’t hide the fact that if you’re a long and still holding you’ll be about -80% for ICNB. So it’s really sad to see that this has dropped under $1 post split. But I’m sure you know that.

So to answer your question if this was successful and the share price followed it would be well over $4 by now post split. But what do I know.
