Then what else is left? A company/fund can’t buy this many shares in the open market without it causing the stock price to go parabolic. I mean… if I wanted to buy 5 million shares today (4.5% or so), it wouldn’t matter who I know. That much buying pressure over a 2 week period would cause the stock to rise to 30 bucks. Happens all the time for example when Cathie and ARK fund buy into a company for the first time. There’s just not that many shares outstanding. Couple that with how tightly held this stock is by so many and it’s very likely that I am underestimating the effect. Now if you double the vol. to 10 million shares traded in less than two weeks, what do you have? What other kind of prearranged trades could we possibly be talking about?
I mean seriously…. What else is left?
