So please explain how RGBP ran over 8 cents twice this year and both times was manipulated back down to under 2 cents without market manipulation. I have been playing the market for over 40 years and know how the Hedgefunds, brokers and MM’s manipulate the market. There is much information that can be googled and also plenty of slap on the wrist fines to prove it:
