Yea, I’m saying it’s not happening because there have been 0 shares bought back and retired.
I’m not saying the plan for the BB doesn’t exist. Just like all the other fluff pipe dreams of PHIL, the plan exists.
You are so certain it is happening, yet there is nothing to show for it. So yes because it hasn’t happened yet and is been in the works for 3 years, it’s safer to say it is not happening at the moment then it is to say it is happening.
