Not just a fellow message board poster. North has been practicing patent law before I was born. He has probably had dinner with every member of our Panel. He publishes on these issues. The team of the young upstart who has never appeared in this Court with the legendary grizzled veteran, makes for nice optics, and enhances our credibility.
