Well I can’t disprove the 3.5 billion lol but it sure as hell isn’t in the company yet which means you can’t say it’s guaranteed as far as e&y the audits are not done so neither of us have proof of anything. Vietnam gov is dubious at best since we haven’t seen a joint presser yet or anything significant even as a pr to show their continuous talks going on
