If they are ever paid.

Its just that now the DSPP will allow for Dividend reinvestment. Just like any other Brokerage house, when you buy shares you can check the box to reinvest your dividends, if any.

THE REAL SIGNIFICANCE IS ZION APPEARS TO BE TELEGRAPHING AGAIN. (speculation)

Why set up Dividend Reinvestment unless you forsee issuing Dividends in the future?
