Pdude, it's not the total amount of shares that a person owns but the total dollars invested. If I knew about amarin in 2012 I would have owned a few hundred thousand shares but I started investing in amarin when the stock was around $17-$19 a share. Although I must admit I wrote calls against my expensive shares, traded in and out a couple of times. But am holding the bag for current position.

He was way ahead of everyone when he dumped all his shares last time. Lucky prick. Hope this is a sign that something is on the horizon for 2022 and after learning of the Denner investment I personally believe it would still be a 6-12 month timeframe for any deal to take form. If I’m still here one year from now I hope it’s because of my dividend stream from PFE!!

To all: how long is a quiet period good for?
No deal,IMO, will be done until we have China confirmation. That’s days or weeks away, allegedly. Plus, what type of deal would we all be happy with at these current prices? Let’s hope to see the climb we had this past February repeat again in a few more months, if not sooner, and then some real chirping about a possible deal.
The change in ownership structure that started out this year is still in play for the rest of the year and beyond, no?
Note: a poster on Stocktwits mentioned that it was a p code purchase. I have no clue what it means, but another poster commented that it is strategic and maybe not a “quiet period” concern?
