If they announce this offering is effective before a commercial announcement, then it can ONLY dilute the current value of the long term faithful shareholder, and I will not participate in diluting my own investment!!

That's just financially stupid!

Selling shares at this level when a commercial discovery is yet to be announced is equally financially stupid and can only tell us that there is no commercial discovery and therefore any investment in an offering at this level is throwing money away.

We'll see!

I pray you are correct. The alternative is not good for our investment here.
