Anavex would have to report any material failure promptly, but case law I read some time back holds that positive results can be delayed. That said, I don't believe Missling would hold back good trial results because of ongoing discussions with the FDA. I do think that the approved designs, and therefore announcements, of planned trials would have to be delayed as new information pours in from recently completed trials.
