TLD and publication does not necessarily mean at the same time. Odds are TLD and then publication some time later. Why? That is just the way it is done.

You’re just sore because many of your arguments will need to be reinvented and others will completely disappear if their plan succeeds. Making of the most of it now with ambiguity the concern of the day makes most sense in that context. Kind of obvious.
