i think the great cap man rl wants to insinuate that a filing will show brad resigning and thus freeing up his 44 million shares for sale..he is just throwing conjecture out there. However with this company nothing can be ruled out.
i will educate you on how this scenario works with PRED. Brad resigns (long overdue if this is a real company and not a vehicle of wealth for him) and he no longer needs to file to dump his shares. he owns i think 50 million shares? havent checked in 2 years, but i remember that hilarious time when he bought 10k shares to push the stock up 30% on the day. That tells you how ridiculously desperate the share holders are with this stock in that they added to their losing position after Brad led them to do so with only a 10k share buy when the stock was at like .40 a share. PRED is a lost cause. The right move would have been to cut the loss and buy tesla 2 years ago... or even the SPY... anything but PRED in this great bull market in which PRED only goes downward
