Well he should resign and I would encourage him to do just that. He could stay on in a different capacity but he is not the leader Pred needs to take this company forward. If he stays on expect more of the same(which is nothing) over the coming years. I can't believe that he wouldn't want a change to better the company and himself. None of this makes any sense. He needs to go!
