If they have just been allocated land and are doing the initial survey & feasibility studies then they are along way from breaking ground... 1st they will need to create a scheme plan for public consultation meaning lay out prity pictures of infrastructure as in power substations sewage systems shopping centres streets and houses and so on obviously the feasibility studies will have to outline how everything works then the initial quantity surveying will have to be done to see if it can be done within budget just the public consultation can take months even years if some group or groups have a problem... If they get through all that then a full survey will have to be done to set out all boundaries for housing and infrastructure and easements created for power Water Internet gas sewage and roading! I seen people posting yesterday saying oh they will breaking ground in a few weeks SMH
CJ I have done subdivisions in four different countries one in the South Pacific you might think it's easier to get stuff done in 3rd world countries I promise you it has its own set of problems in my opinion you will be waiting along time for this to come to fruition and I find it ridiculous that the CEO can't take the time to point this out to his investors instead of fluffing with ow its going great
