"Who the Hell is Mike Sims..."
That is not a very respectful statement for a businessperson worth several hundred million who is self made.
If one had achieved more than him, I could *possibly* understand that kind of comment, but even then, it would sound somewhat abnormal and cocky.
Shifting gears...
PCTL has had the scientists and subject matter experts (SME) onboard for quite a while. What they have been LACKING is the visionary, marketers, financiers, CFO, etc., who can monetize their amazing EPA certified products for the world.
For the record, PCTL also had their EPA certified product (and many more applications/patents now) when the COVID pandemic started in 2020. But from a business growth standpoint, the company didn't move... Basically the ship never fired up and left port.
They have things in place now.
Shifting gears again...
Mike Sims doesn't need to know oil and water mixture level percentages. And he doesn't need experience in the energy industry either.
Just like the Captain of a ship doesn't need to know how to fire up the #2 boiler in the ship's engineering space. That is the engineering department's job.
The big guy's job is to lead and provide the vision - and ultimately get everyone to the destination successfully.
Mike has done that many times already. Now, you hopefully better understand "who" Mike Sims is.
