Mugs, My ref. to $1.5M was the Advances Payable that showed up in Q3, that as I understand was sort of a down payment for the $2.25M preferred equity investment by Mr. Sims. The RB Capital notes of ~$1.5M (roughly) were already on the books by Q2, and in Dec were rolled over into one note maturing in 2023 or 2024
My expectation is that Mr. Sims would be an improvement, from a marketing standpoint and energy level. My question was more about trying to get a more detailed background on his Management experience. Investing and Corporate management are two different skill sets. Also the lack of detail and specific information on his work/investments history (Companies, timeframe, and size) is a bit of a question mark.
No one seems to know very much about Sims/Krag, including me, which was the reason for my question.
