Linda Powers and her associates are definitely incompetent at investor relations and to a lesser extent public relations and I do not expect that to suddenly improve post-TLD. There are serious competence issues with aspects of managing projects like accurately estimating how long things will take.
It could be that her professional bias as a lawyer (avoid liability or having to go to court and win at almost any cost without taking full account of the damage being too defensive does to investor (including future potential investor) relations is a contributing factor. When the lawyer and CEO and CFO are the same person, legal issues get an outsized place in the decision making calculus.
