MI, I know you have shared your thoughts extensively on the possibility of "coming soon," so please forgive me if you have addressed the below question previously.
My gut directs me to agree with you on the tote. In a former life I was a litigator and I have difficulty imagining a situation in which these actions seem like a good idea if you are incorrect. In fact, to me, these actions look like terrible ideas given the litigation ravaged history of the company.
Am I correct in believing that you see the full page ad in combination with the tote being the critical difference from the bags given in the past?
