Get approval in UK and have media cover countless success stories and start questioning why FDA has not approved. Political pressure might be our best weapon.
I am not suggesting the data is "muddy" I said one possibility is that it may be "unclear" not that it was a huge success. That would bode well with the stock getting beat up "like a rented mule".( disclaimer.. I never rented a mule or beat one") Some feel if it is a huge success show us. Remember many many eyes have seen the data and it is human nature to tell someone else.
