ATL insist that company won't announce data lock unless all 4 RAs agree on new SAP. I think that is his imagination! FDA never clearly agree new SAP. and clinicalgov website never change to new endpoint.
NWBO went ahead to announce data lock was big mistake because you never can determine data is positive or negative base on new SAP or old SAP? That is why company keeps "QUIET" and waiting for the answer from FDA! I think this is the main reason why NWBO sitting around 60 cents now!
