Many current non-reporting OTC stocks (such as FRCN) will be upgraded to the OTC Pink-Sheet market from existing Expert-Market...

FRCN will be acquired through either a Reverse-Merger or Buy-Out deal, Custodianship-Taking-Over, or "Go Current" by filing either the SEC-Form-C or at least one latest annual report!

Anyway I'm so excited about the near future of my FRCN position which will be worthy at least Multiple Pennies per share in 2022!
