Interesting thought? I am sure there is a reason they are doing it this way rather than going the S-1 route. Maybe the S-1 route would be too dilutive? That offering is small and it could have a specific dollar amount assigned for the conversion rate?
I am just happy that revenues have increased to a minimum of $5 Million to $25 Million Dollars for CareClix. The last CareClix filings we received in 2019 had revenues much lower so they are definitely growing. I take this as tremendously positive news.
