Don’t you find it odd that they are doing 5-25 million yet doing a round of funding for $500,000 and accepting as little as 3k per person?

How could they not have $500,000 they could use toward whatever they need With that kind of Revenue. That would
Mean the money is still going out way faster then coming in.

Why not just do a small S-1 after the Merger then. It would be much cleaner and easier.
