Pts who have stopped:
1) Pt had a severe fish allergy and stopped because they were getting itchy (81 year old who tested positive for COVID took it for COVID)
2) developed a GI bleed while on Eliquis, doctor stopped V to reduce risk of another bleed
3) Pt was getting it through HLS assistance and once his insurance officially denied him (didn’t meet the criteria) he stopped because the coverage stopped
4) Pt said it gave him muscle cramps
