Tesla probably solved the chip issue with Panasonic building a 7 billion chip factory in Texas near Tesla Giga Texas but the Cobalt issue with Hunter Biden selling a very crucial Cobalt mine to the Chinese will affect all the EV makers trying to build batteries.
The Chinese will control most of the Cobalt but they already control 100% of the Graphite.
