senti: use of DCVAX-L in lower grade gliomas....

I have been reluctant to ask this question, but since you brought it up I will go in with you on it.

First, it seems plausible to me at a conceptual level that DCVax-L could work. Unfortunately, I fear a new multi year trials would have to established potentially by glioma type. Further, I have not researched any potential interactions between the grades. Senti, do you have any idea on how many trials and the potential length of each to address the lower grade ones?

Thanks again Senti. The explanation makes a lot of sense to me especially when recurrent patients are being included too.
