Lest we forget Biorestorative Therapeutics (a former bankrupt company trading at .003 that recently uplisted to NASDAQ) or Simplicity Sports thus far 3 months and counting since applying to NASDAQ and still hasn't uplisted. But yeah, Simplicity will and Algernon needs to do it in a matter of weeks or it's a scam. That's simplistic logic playing out right?

you're probably right r/s was done not really to uplist but more due to the fact its harder to sell stock subpenny. a pp is coming you know that.

Huh? So you're saying selling stock above a dollar in pennyland is much easier than selling penny stocks in pennyland? So, they need to do a PP to what...run the company in pennyland or dollarville? Highly confusing to say the least.
