brtx is 5.60, which btw over $3. otc stocks also have a volume requirement before uplisting that was just met by Simplicity 11/30. its all in the listing guide. i think if you read it you may have a better time following along. its not hocus pokus like you imagine at NASDAQ. read the guide.
agn p&d has no recourse below $3. an uplist will no longer be a possibility. looking like its going to close on its lows again here btw.
