No one has “painted over the mirror”, so dramatic and unnecessarily so… trial “results”, and no, the actual trial is often over years before you get results, it is the data lock that is over a year before and the complexities of this trial, given many factors including the redefinition or guidance and rules by the FDA, some still pending, the requirements for external placebos, which tend to require great care, and other matters during a pandemic, are likely not minor, whether you want to acknowledge the reality or not.
When they talk about getting records, it’s likely in my view, nailing down external data very likely is a more difficult matter than their trial data even, which they likely have for the ultimate application, though a reviewer may not feel entirely constrained.
That everything, especially good things are assaulted as “bad” while some people buy, is such an interesting dynamic through which one can view these things.
