The question is cashman have money to spend. I'm starting to seriously doubt if there is a tight budget on cashmen, we are gonna find out, if they sign say Simmons at SS, And Rizzo at 1b, and Lets Hicks start at CF, and add a lower level pitching player. That is a scenario that is starting to increase the chances of in my opinion. Still think they will get a SS, but the risks have increased that maybe they are not spending.
With Marcus Semien getting a seven-year, $175 million deal with the Rangers and Corey Seager getting 10-year, $325 million contract I wonder what Carlos Correa is asking for or will ultimately sign for?
