Been watching MTRT for months. with lots of doubts.

The merger is a reverse triangular merger.

I ran across one of those maybe 20 years ago, didn't know what the hell it meant then, don't know what the hell it means today.

All I know, is the last one didn't turn out so well for shareholders at the time.
