See, that is what I thought at first, the house wasn't finished, after about 10 I figured that the guy that makes steps to the front door must be sick. After passing 20 I figured it has GOT to be something else. It is why I asked someone. Coulda been the town idiot for all I know.
20 years later, I'm driving around Brittany an I see the exact same thing. Houses with no possible way to enter through the front door.
I didn't stop to ask but divulged the information I had to my wife who didn't believe me.
All I can do is repeat information, the truth of the matter is another thing
