One of the "anomalies" in this trail is absence of second surgeries.
There are two other anomalies in this trial; number of patients pfs at 3 yrs. Third, is 8% of patients had all three positive prognastic factors (low age, meth mgmt, high resection %)
Although I believe the median age was mid sixtys in this trial so one would expect meth status and resection % to be very highly correlated.
"only 29% were younger than 50 years of age, 65.9% had methylated MGMT, 71% had a complete resection"
