Unfortunately, drug addiction isn't limited to inner cities and trailer parks.

And not all inner cites are battle weary. The movements are gaining in older cities and trailer parks where gardens and parks are taking up the empty lots from houses gone missing.

The trick is getting city governments to help take the derelict homes down.
