Well, it can't be just the smash and grabbers behind this. Yeah, they're doing the grunt work but there has to be an organized "fencing" operation disposing of the goods on some sort of illicit market.
I mean, the perps aren't grabbing this stuff because they're looking for holiday gifts to give.
Again, it's not "shoplifting". It's organized crime - 21st Century style.
