Great point. His case should be thrown out as frivolous and not allowed to be processed. Your company wasn't up to snuff, haven't even been into orbit yet amongst other very important failings and a company shouldn't be allowed to muscle it's way into a project just because it wants the business.
frump literally killed nasa in his first year and nasa started going to private funding since then to function. nasa was forced to because of the frump budget cuts while he gave the rich the tax breaks.
