Corruption free is when you allow NASA to make the decisions they feel is right to accomplish their goals....

In its rules for the competition, NASA did not promise it would choose two companies or even any at all. Instead, according to the document, the agency said it was planning to select up to two companies.

Enter Bezos' 800k in lobbing efforts to get Bezos what he wants as opposed to what NASA wants and needs...

Call it corruption or what ever else but Congress should help NASA and not interfere....Let them spend the peoples money as they see fit, not how Bezos would like...
