shareholders lose bigtime, because the dumping
starts almost immediately.
TSNP was a reverse
merger and it ran all the way up to 1.93 mostly
on hype and excitement of possibilities. I was in
that run. When the ticker finally changed over
to HMBL, they did a 4:1 R/S in late Feb and the stock
has tanked all year. HMBL btw, is still a pink sheeter.
No one ever wants a R/S in pinky land. Hopefully it
won’t happen here. Tersus is not public, and it will just
merge into GTLL, if it ever happens.

Correct....that comes with the DILUTION of 95% that also happens. The reverse split is just to accommodate the 95% dilution. Otherwise the A/S has to be increased into the hundreds of billions.
