I'm in basically the same boat although I was able to get some ATOM around $14. A little late to the party but it's performing pretty well compared to a lot of small caps.
I think the end might be coming to the penny stocks. Between the kids playing crypto and the SEC getting rid of all the fun scam plays, there just doesn't seem to be the interest there anymore. I'm sure there will be something else to lose money on though. :)
