Well if it said not to participate, it would be a US contract. More specifically, a Chicago contract. Lol

Lawyers, gnanaian ministry, and the word awarded were probably asked to be removed. Clearly.

That term "awarded" can sound preferential and moat likely the ministry and or lawyers probably didn't like their name in a pr by a 3rd party contractor. It names to many specifics.

Looks like ST3 tried giving us more than the redacted version, but his hand was slapped. Maybe that's why his hands are tied now and he is silent. Not risking anything that will blow the deal.

I'm beginning to suspect the same. I cut back my position significantly at 2 cents because they paid Arctus 15m stock that they were going to dump on our heads, and it was clear this was going down in the near term. The intent was to buy back when they were done dumping.

But seeing this, and based on the wording in the article, I'm beginning to suspect SWA may not have the full 5b contract and SWA/ST3 have been doing us dirty all along.

What do you guys think?
